Corporate Services Division

The Corporate Services Division has the major role in the hospital as it covers administration on one side and finance on the other side. It has a duty of elaborating the annual budget of the institution and cash flow; ensure that the financial reports are submitted to the Ministry in charge of finance on time, make sure that finance staff is equipped with the required skills.

On the side of administration, the division is in charge of personnel management, the overall, secretariat of the hospital, inventory management, infrastructure and maintenance management, fleet management, management of archives and has the duty of managing customer care and reception of clients. According to the 2022 organizational structure of Ndera Neuropsychiatric Teaching Hospital, this division comprises of Human Resources and Administration Unit, Finance and Logistics Unit and the ICT Team.

The Corporate Services Division works to provide quality services to Ndera Hospital's staff and visitors and continues to establish processes that will ensure accountability in the hospital's financial performance that will guarantee the highest level of public confidence.

The division is headed by the Corporate Services Division Manager assisted by the secretary; he supports the operations of other departments of Ndera Hospital.

The division ensures the effective administration, servicing of activities, implementation of auditors' recommendations and compliance of both ministerial instructions and financial regulations.

Mr. Jean Claude NDAYISHIMIYE is the Acting Corporate Services Division Manager. He is responsible for all administrative management, human resources, hospital information management, financial resources and assets management, infrastructure, management of material and investment and planning.
